- Inspect, diagnose and repair diesel and gas vehicles.
- Minor and major repairs including overhauls.
- Maintaining DOT compliance on medium and heavy weight trucks.
- Engine Diagnostics.
- Knowledge of electrical diagnostics.
- Computer based vehicle control diagnostics.
- Basic Maintenance on vehicles.
- Applicants should have experience/ be certified in at least one of the following areas:
- Diesel engine repair and performance
- Gas engine repair and performance
- Electric/Hybrid vehicle operations and repair
- Automatic transmission diagnosis/ repair
- Use diagnostic equipment.
- Navigate ford websites and find repair procedures.
- Follow wiring diagrams and understand principles of electrical operation.
- Other various tasks assigned by manager.
- Motivated and dependable self-starter
- Diesel and automatic transmission experiences preferred.
- Ability to follow directions.
- Reliable
